The warm, midweight fleece of the Burney hoodie is made of sustainable recycled plastic bottle fabric. Letting you take style and function from a coffee shop date to an impromptu adventure.
Design and Fit – Burney Hoodie
This hoodie is very well made, utilizing recycled plastic bottle materials (you would never know!) and is very soft to the touch, giving you that comforting and cozy feeling in these cold winter months. It comes in 6 colourways for every personality.
My favorite part of the women’s Burney hoodie is the crossover design of the hood, which means that you get that little extra bit of protection from the elements. The hoodie is pretty lightweight and works well as a layering system. The pockets are deep enough to store your phone without it falling out of your pocket. The added extras such as the tentree logo both on the hoodie and drawstrings are made from cork.
Overall the fit is true to size, (I am UK 14) with a little bit of wiggle room for movement. I am a person that likes space underneath armpits and extra chest room. This hoodie caters to both of these and is a super comfortable fit.
It’s also great to know that this hoodie is made from both organic and sustainable/recycled materials, plus, with every purchase tentree plants 10 trees. So when you make a purchase from such a company, it’s a good factor that the whole process is transparent and open.
If you are wanting a simple beanie that is soft and keeps your noggin warm then give the Kurt beanie a go. When it first arrives it’s a little tight but after a few wears, shapes to your head nicely. On cold winter walks it has been keeping my head lovely and warm! Made with 50% Merino Wool, 50% REPREVE Polyester.
